Change of Address
Please be sure to check your address in the 'Review your purchase' page before paying for your order.
When you pay for your order delivery instructions are immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Once this occurs we will not be able to change the delivery address for your order for reasons outlined in PayPals Seller Protection Policy. Please ensure that your eBay address is correct before you complete the eBay checkout process and pay for your order. We are not responsible for delivery of orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided to us by eBay through the checkout process.

If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details or any other reason (such as failure to collect the parcel from your local post office) we will contact you to organise redelivery of your order once your parcel has been returned to our warehouse. Please note you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.
Returns
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect product or a product that is defective or has been damaged please contact us within 14 days of the receipt date so that we can issue you with a replacement item or a refund. Please note that we may request a photograph of the product to ensure the approval of a refund or replacement.
One of our staff will review your request for a replacement/refund promptly and will advise you of any further instructions if necessary. Refunds/replacements will not be issued until the product has been returned to our warehouse.
Please allow us the opportunity to resolve the problem with your order prior to leaving feedback on eBay.
Please note that replacements/refunds will not be issued if only the packaging of a product is damaged.
