We will accept returns for the following reasons only;
- the item is proven to be faulty or damaged.
- the item is not as we have described it in the listing.
- if we are sending you a replacement item due to the above reasons, we will pay all postage costs.
In the case of new clothing items we will not accept returns due to incorrect size as we have clearly stated the dimensions of the item in the listing for your reference.
To be eligible to receive a refund;
- item must be returned to us in the same condition that it was received. (new and unworn)
- item must be returned to us within seven days of you receiving it.
- any retail hang tags must still be attached.
There are no refunds possible for used or second hand items.
