Customers may return items for refund or exchange at any Herringbone Retail store within 14 days of purchase, providing proof of purchase and meeting the above conditions. Please note that the condition of the garment may be assessed by the Store Manager, and it is at his/her discretion to return this merchandise if the condition of the garment is in question.
