Customers may exchange or return any full-priced merchandise for a full refund, based on the original form of payment, within 14 days of purchase. If you are returning a gift we recommend that you gain assistance from the original purchaser, as verification of purchase may be required. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with appropriate barcodes and proof of purchase, to Herringbone Head Office at details listed here.

Return or Exchange merchandise to any Herringbone Retail Store.

Customers may return items for refund or exchange at any Herringbone Retail store within 14 days of purchase, providing proof of purchase and meeting the above conditions. Please note that the condition of the garment may be assessed by the Store Manager, and it is at his/her discretion to return this merchandise if the condition of the garment is in question.

Customers may return items for refund or exchange via Herringbone Head Office within 14 days of purchase, providing proof of purchase and meeting the above conditions.

Upon receipt of the returned garment to Herringbone, the customer will be contacted to discuss options for exchange or refund based upon the original form or payment.
