Q 1. How long after payment will you dispatch my item?
A 1. We will try to dispatch your item within 48 hours of payment. However please note that during busy period this can take up to 72 hours.
Q 2. How long after dispatch should I expect wait for delivery?
A 2. We use Australia post tracked delivery for all Australia orders and approximate Australia post delivery times are as follows:
- Sydney Metro - next day delivery
- Melbourne & Brisbane Metro - 2 business days
- Adelaide Metro - 3 business days
- Perth & Darwin Metro - 4 business days Tasmania - 4 business days.
All regional orders - the delivery time will take longer depending on the state and region. These delivery times should be used as a guide only.
