Shipping
We use Australia Post to ship all orders. Australia Post offers the most affordable and reliable service throughout Australia, including to most regional and rural areas. We do not have the facility to offer a pick-up service. All our orders are safely packed in padded bubble bags or wrapped in bubble wrap in satchels or packed in small boxes. We do not make any money from charging you postage, most times the amount we charge you is less than the actual cost.
Standard Delivery
Our standard service is Australia Post regular mail, small items will be sent with no tracking. We do offer the option of basic tracking on these smaller items if you choose this option in the checkout, all other items sent standard post do have basic tracking. Estimated delivery times range from 1 -10 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) subject to your location. Orders over $100 (plus postage cost) will require a signature on delivery, should no one be available to receive a card will be left by Australia Post advising you of the delivery.
Express Delivery
We offer an Express Post option and is available for every item in our store, this is certainly the best option to receive your order quickly. Estimated delivery times range from 1 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) subject to your location. Our express option pricing is kept low to enable you to choose this option for minimal additional cost. You can click on the express option in the checkout when you make payment of your order.
Registered Delivery
If you require your order to be sent Registered Post, we provide this service to you. Please contact us through eBay message service to arrange this option. Estimated delivery times range from 1 - 10 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) subject to your location.
Combining postage for multiple items
If you purchase multiple items from our store, we can combine the postage for you to save money on delivery charges. Please request a total before paying for your order. We will base the final price on the cost of the postage required.
