How long will it take to get my items?
We Guarantee to post items within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Once with Australia Post maytake up to 6-7 business days depending on where you live.

How long will it take for you to reply to my email?
We Guarantee to reply to all emails within 24 hours of receiving them.

What happens if I receive my product and it's not what I expected?
We are happy for you to return this product however you would need to pay the return postage, it would need to be returned in the same condition as it arrived which is BRAND NEW, Suitable Packaging and you would be refunded for the product only not the postage for us to originally send it to you.

How can I pay for my item?
Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal. Paypal will allow you to pay them with your credit card or mastercard. We also accept Internet Banking, Money Order or Bank Cheque (all cheques cleared before goods are sent out)

Do you ship internationally?
Some of our items do ship internationally. For all international buyers (outside of Australia), the shipping will be determined on your postcode/zip code, state and country. You will need to contact us for postage quotes.

Can I get a discount?
We do offer a discount on bulk purchases however this is calculated on an individual basis and you would need to contact us for a quote.

Do you combine postage?
Yes we do combine postage on multiple purchases however it is still based on weight, size and distance. We are happy to quote you the postage price upon request.

Will you leave feedback for this transaction?
Yes we will leave feedback after receipt of cleared payment.

Why did you file an unpaid item claim against me?
If an item is not paid for within 10 days of the date of purchase then an unpaid item strike is initiated in the Resolution Centre this is done so we can claim our fee back from ebay. Remember if you pay into our bank account this can sometimes take a few days to go through as cleared funds.

I sent a Money Order, why are you sending me a payment request?
We will be watching for your payment in the mail. We have an automated payment reminder system that sends out payment requests to your email every 3 days. Once we receive payment these will stop.

How do I cancel my transaction?
We can cancel the transaction. You will first need to contact us and let us know your reason for needing to cancel. We will then cancel this from our end and then you will also need to agree to the Cancellation of Transaction E-mail that is sent to you by eBay that says that both parties have agreed to cancel this transaction.

Why did my parcel come in funny packaging?
At LittleShoppers we are very environmentally friendly and like to use recycled materials to package your product. We guarantee it will be securely packaged to ensure no breakage or damage.

What happens if I get a faulty product?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product from us you need to contact us to advise of this and then either return the product or email a picture of the fault. We will then communicate with you the returns process for this faulty product and send you a replacement product. You will not need to pay this return postage.

What happens if I don't get my product in the post and you have said it was posted?
In the unlikely event that you don't receive your product in the post you need to contact us so we can find out why you haven't received your product. Rest assured we will work with you to gain a solution that you are happy with.
