Communication with seller is excellent and seller replied my email very promptly. Delivery was exceptional, I received the item with two days way earlier than they promised. The tablet is really awesome. Just a little hiccup with connecting Udemy client app to Udemy site, not sure it is a tablet problem or Udemy server issue. The issue is "there is a problem with signing in, check the internet connection". Even I could connet everything else. I can use the Web access to the Udemy site though.

The seller obviously has excellent reviews, so I was disappointed to receive a phone advertised as new and in the original packaging, that had been resealed with non-genuine seals. When asked why, I was told they had opened the box to inspect the contents. Clearly this is not necessary for a new, sealed item. I don't necessarily doubt that the item is new, but the seller did not provide a reasonable explanation as to why the item had been opened and resealed.
