| A:All the items that Toy Street sell are 100% brand new and in original packaging. (Unless otherwise stated. Occasionally we may list second hand, collectable trading cards.) |
| Q:Do you offer a pick up service? |

| A:Toy Street offers an online shopping experience and does not have a bricks and mortar store, therefore pick up is not available. |
| Q:Do you offer an Express post option? |

| A:Yes. If it is not offered on your invoice, please request the total through the checkout option and we will send you a revised invoice. |
| Q:Can I insure the item? |

| A:Yes. Insurance is offered and recommended for all items. If the listing doesn't include the insurance option, please send us a message through checkout and we can send you a revised invoice. Insurance will be included for items under $100 through the Registered Post service. |
| Q:Can you please send your bank details? |

| A:The bank details can be found in the checkout process and also the invoice that is sent out at the time of purchase. |

| A:Domestic - all shipping is free. Should you purchase more than one item, they will be sent together in the one package. International - We will always offer combined shipping. Please email for a quote. |
| Q:The item was damaged, can I return it? |

| A:Definitely. Please contact us immediately and we will provide you with the details. |
| Q:The item does not suit me anymore, can I return it? |

| A:Yes. We are happy to offer a 'no questions asked' return policy. Should you change your mind about your purchase, simply post it back to us, in its original condition, together with its packaging in tact, and we will process a refund of the purchase price, less the cost of shipping. Please contact us for the shipping costs. |
| Q:Where is my item? |

| A:Domestic parcels - Express can take between 1-3 days depending on location.
Receipted and registered takes up to 6 days. Please check with your local post office if it has not arrived as it may be there awaiting your signature for collection.
International - Air Mail does not include tracking. It can take up to 10 working days to arrive. |
