| A:If you receive a faulty item or one that is significantly not as described, you will receive either a replacement item or your money back provided you email us within 7 days, and the item is returned within 14 days in it's original packaging. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Combined shipping is available when more than one item is paid for on a single invoice. Please email us if a quote is required as shipping is calculated on the parcel's weight. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:If sent by regular post, please allow 2-6 business days within Australia.
If sent by express post, please allow 1-3 business days within Australia. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:If the shipping and handling charges are not listed under the auction's end time at the top of the page there will be a postage calculator located within the description that requires you to enter your postcode to receive an accurate price. Alternatively, you can email us your postcode and we will provide you with the amount. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We will ship internationally upon request but require all international parcels to have insurance paid for at the buyers expense. |
| Q:Can you trace my delayed parcel? |

| A:Only items sent by registered mail or express mail can be traced. |
| Q:Is pickup available? |
|
| A:Unfortunately, due to the volume of sales and security issues with raising a young family, pickup is not available at this time. |
| Q:Will you send a gift directly to the recipient? |

| A:Yes, we are happy to send gifts directly to the recipient but ask that you change the eBay / Paypal address to the recipients when making payment. |
| Q:Do you offer a gift wrapping service? |

| A:Yes, we are happy to wrap any gift for a small charge of $2 and an extra $1 if you require a gift tag. |
