Which payment methods do you accept?

Within Australia we use Paypal, bank deposit, money order or you can phone us to pay via credit card directly. Internationally you can use Paypal.

When will you have this item back in stock?

We restock available items all the time, but we tend to order smaller quantities of a larger range of styles. We don't want to sell something so much that everyone has one! TB is about being unique; the problem with this is that some of our items are gone for good once they sell out.

Are the items  currently in stock?

We aim to keep all items in stock ready for immediate dispatch. Since we sell through several different platforms, sometimes we will sell out of an item before stock levels can be readjusted. In such cases we will notify you immediately and give you the choice of waiting for new stock, a full refund or an alternative item. We also sell a range of shoes boots and occasional other items through a preorder system. This allows us to offer you a fantastic range of stuff! Preorder items will be ordered in weekly and take 10-14 days to arrive.

Which size should I buy?

Each of our items is listed with full measurements. Sizes do vary between brands, so we recommend that you check the measurements against your own, or those of a well-fitting similar garment. We want you to be delighted with the fit of your item, and offer a full no quibble returns service allowing you to try items for size in the comfort of your own home, and return where necessary.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we are always happy to help with exchanges and refunds.

Where do you deliver to?

Worldwide! International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

How much does delivery cost?

Each item should have shipping costs listed. We combine postage so just wait after purchasing for a combined invoice.

How long will my order take to arrive?

In stock items will be shipped within 1 business day generally. Custom made items may take up to 5 business days. Preorder items generally arrive within 10-14 days and are dispatched immediately.

Shipping on most items includes online tracking through Australia Post or USPS.

How does your shoe sizing work?

We import a lot of shoes from the USA. While they have provided us with charts which suggest a US size is 1 1/2 sizes smaller than the equivalent, we have found this is not the case. After years of experience, we have drawn up the below table to make life easier when buying shoes from us.
