| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:All items shipped are brand new. If the item is not working upon arrival let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. Return the item to us within 72 hours for a replacement or a refund if the item is no longer in stock. If the item stops working after normal usage contact us to discuss options. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Where possible we will always combine shipping. When buyers ask about combining shipping, please specify which items you want to combine. Shipping is based on the total cubic volume of the items combined. Some of out items are to big to combine with the post office so they will need to be sent individually or with a courier. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We endevour to ship items within 24 - 48 hours wherever possible. On occasiion this may not happen due to week ends, public holidays or personal circumstances. If you have not received a postage notification email within 72 hours contact us to find out if there is a hold up. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |
|
| A:The shipping and handling with be based on the post office quote. All items are quoted as registered shipping whether through Australia Post or a courier. There is a handling fee of between $1 and $2 added to all items covering packaging, tape and transportation. Registered labels are bought in bulk and will not be reflected on the postage label. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Items are shipped to all international destinations listed under Australia Post. Items are shipped as insured or rgistered. Normal shipping time is between 3 and 10 days normally. Shipping to Canada, Germany and South American countries have been known to take longer. |
| Q:Which shipping method do we use? |

| A:We use Australia Post and several local couriers including Australian Air Express, Fastway Couriers and Allied Express. When shipping with a courier the cost will in most cases be less than with Australia Post. However the shipping address for the cheaper shipping will need to be a PO Box or a work address. |
| Q:Can items be tracked online? |
|
| A:When your item is sent with a courier company you will receive an email with the con note number and a website address to track your particular item. Couriers should leave a card to let you know if they have attempted a delivery. From experience many appear not to do so. For this reason it is best to have your item delivered to work or a PO BOX. |
| Q:What forms of payment do you accept? |
|
| A:We accept direct deposit into an ANZ bank account. Buyers must use there ebay id as a reference when making payment so that your deposit can be identified and matched back to your transaction. We also accept VISA/MASTERCARD over the phone as well as money order/cheque and PAYPAL. Cheques are cleared first before shipping items. |
| Q:What should Paypal paying buyers do when purchasing? |

| A:Paypal buyers should ensure that they are verified through paypal. Items will only be shipped to international buyers who have had their addresses verified through Paypal. See Paypal for details. Australian buyers must also be verified. Items will be shipped to the address that is registered to the Paypal account of the buyer. |
| Q:Do you allow pick up? |

| A:Yes, we allow pick up. Pick up is Cash only. Buyer to contact the seller to pre-arrange date and time. |
