Q1: Do you combine postage?

A: Yes, we combine postage.  If you purchase more than one item, please click ‘Request total from seller’ to ask for an invoice. This is found on your review purchase page, before you check out. Once you have requested a new total I will change the postage to combined postage in the invoice, then you pay after receiving my invoice.


Q2: When can I expect to receive my order?

  • If you chose REGULAR postage (within Australia), you will receive your order within 8 business days.
  • If you chose EXPRESS postage (within Australia), you will receive your order within 4 business days.
  • International order usually takes 2-4 weeks to deliver.


Q3: How do I choose EXPRESS postage?

A: You can choose different postage services in the first step of check-out. Click ‘more options’ in the column of ‘Postage & handling’, you will then see all the available postage options. See the following image.


Q4: How can I pay you?

A: We accept PayPal and Bank Deposit only. Urgent orders please use either of the following two methods:

  • Pay with your PayPal balance (not e-cheque)
  • Direct deposit at your local NAB counter.


Q5: How long is your handling time?

A: We post item(s) within two business days after receiving cleared payment. The payment clearance time depends on the payment method you use:

  • PayPal: immediately
  • Local NAB counter direct deposit: immediately
  • Internet bank transfer: 1-3 business days
  • PayPal e-cheque: 3-7 business days


Q6: Is there a tracking number for my parcel?

  • REGULAR order within Australian: No tracking number.
  • EXPRESS order within Australia: Tracking number available.
  • International Air Mail: No tracking number
