Unfortunately there are times when an item may need to be returned to us, either due to an item damaged in transit or an incorrect item has been received or ordered.

Always contact us with any issues prior to returning an item as we will work hard towards resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

Return Procedures In all cases we will need a copy of the receipt supplied with your item, a written reason for the items return along with your contact details. This will ensure action can be taken quickly on the items returned to us. Item must be returned to us before replacement will be sent. Please use original packaging/boxes to prevent damage of item being returned. Do not use satchels or padded bags for returns as these may result in damage to the part.

A 10% restocking fee is applied to any incorrect or unwanted item ordered and postal charged originally incurred are not refunded.

No matter the circumstance please contact us prior to returning an item so that we can discuss the return procedure applicable to your circumstance.

The following issues sometimes occur -

1. Damage received during transit. Please contact us immediately via eBay Messages.

2 . Incorrect item received. Please contact us to resolve the problem and for a speedy resolution. We will either refund or replace with the correct item. Please refer to return procedure above.

3. Incorrect item ordered. We will accept items returned in original condition/packaging, for replacement or refund, with postage costs to be paid by the buyer. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply and original postage charges will not be refunded.

4. Item not required. We provide a 30 day return policy if the item you purchased is not required. Item must be in original condition/packaging and all postage costs to be paid by the buyer. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply and original postage charges will not be refunded.

5. Manufacturing fault during warranty. We will replace the item under the manufacturers warranty conditions with a receipt for proof of purchase. Buyer to pay all postage costs associated with return and sending the replacement item during warranty period. Please contact us to notify of claim prior to returning the item. The item will be inspected upon it's return and replaced if deemed faulty. Note that in some cases the item will be to be sent to the manufacturer for inspection before a replacement is sent as per their warranty conditions.

6. Product faulty at fitting. We will pay for the item to be returned and either replace/refund if item is proven to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault. Please refer to warranty tab for more information.
