We post Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays. Most items will be sent using Australia Post Eparcel which provides tracking and requires signature at delivery (If delivery at the address is not possible, the item will be taken to your local post office for you to collect). On the day your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive your consignment no. via an email from Australia Post. Please check your inbox for this email. This consignment no. gives you the opportunity to view when your parcel has left our premises and you can track it’s delivery to you.
We will endeavour to ship your item within 24hrs of receiving cleared payment (some payment methods take longer to clear), excluding weekends and public holidays. We can also offer Express Post, please contact us for a quote and provide a postcode for our calculation.
All items are checked prior to packing to ensure quality. All care is taken packing your item to prevent damage in transit. However, damage occasionally occurs. We ask you to check your item when you take delivery and notify us if there are any problems. If your item has damage, you must report this to us immediately for us to assist you further. Please refer to our “return policy” for further instructions in the event this happens.
International Shipping - Please DO NOT purchase an item if you reside outside of Australia as we do not offer an international service.
Pick-up from our Melton warehouse is also available between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
