When do you post?

We post Monday to Friday (except for public holidays).

We aim to have all orders dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order & payment being received. In the unlikely event that your order will not be sent within this time frame due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to notify you of the estimated time frame for delivery.

If you are paying via Direct Deposit or PayPal e-cheque, it can take several business days for payment to clear. Please take this into consideration if you need your item quickly.

How will my item be sent?

Most items will be sent using Australia Post eParcel which comes with tracking and requires a signature on delivery.

All items are well packed in boxes/cardboard with newspaper and/or bubble wrap to help keep the items safe during transit.

When will I receive my item?

Most items are delivered within 1-7 BUSINESS days depending on your location, however postage times are not within our control. Please also keep in mind that eBay time frames on postage are ESTIMATED time frames and are not always accurate. We have no control over these estimated times as it's a formula that eBay use, so we will not take responsibility should your item arrive outside this time frame. Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing an item and you need it by a certain date.

We offer express shipping on some items, this does NOT guarantee next day delivery. Please also ensure you check that you are within Australia Post's express network as this will have an effect on the time it takes for an item to reach you. eBay does NOT take this into account when providing you with an estimated arrival time on your express item. You can view whether you are within Australia Post's express network on the Australia Post website.

No refunds will be given on postage should your item take longer than eBay's ESTIMATED arrival times.

Where are my tracking details?

On the afternoon that your item is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email from Australia Post to the email address linked with your eBay account. This email will contain all of your tracking details. Please check your inbox for this email (and your junk email). You can view your parcels whereabouts using these tracking details on the Australia Post Track My Item page.

Please read the below IMPORTANT information regarding shipping addresses:

- Please ensure that you use your full address and that the SUBURB and POSTCODE match.

- Once you have completed an order we are unable to change the shipping address. After clicking buy it now you have the opportunity to change your address, if you do not do it at this time we will be unable to make any changes. This is to prevent fraud and to ensure that we are covered by seller protection.

- It is important that you have the CORRECT address listed in eBay. Australia Post will charge us a return to sender fee if an item is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Before the item can be sent back out to you we will need to collect this fee plus the cost of postage to send the item back out to you.
