We offer a minimum 12months warranty period on all parts unless otherwise stated on the item description or by the manufacturer. Proof of purchase must be provided under all circumstances.
No refunds or replacement items will be issued prior to the receipt and proper testing and inspection of any goods that are reported faulty or incorrectly supplied.
The warranty covers the replacement of the defective part only and does not extend to any associated costs in regards to labour, liability for consequential damage, personal expenses, or any other costs incurred or associated with the purchase of the part.
The following steps must be adhered to or warranty may be void.
1. Check the existing cooling system for an electrical charge.
2. Completely flush out the entire cooling system.
3. Use the correct inhibitor/coolant that meets or exceeds the Australian Standard AS2108 as specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
