Each item has a shipping calculator hat can be used to calculate shipping costs.

We combine shipping where possible, and all shipping is weight based. Item shipping weights are also provided in item descriptions for you.

Shipping Cost is $9.95 flat rate for Australian Customers. Postal insurance is optional, but highly recommended

Postal Insurance is offered during checkout and is calculated using product subtotal. If your order is damaged or lost in transit and you have not purchased insurance for your order it will not be covered.

Australian Orders are shipped via Australian Air Express Courier, delivery is 2-3 business days. Tracking details will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.

Orders under $50 may not require a signature upon delivery. In some cases if you are not home to accept delivery the driver will leave a card advising you of further re-delivery or pickup options. The postage cost includes 2 attempted deliveries for most orders and will then be returned to sender. If your item is returned to sender we will have to charge a re-delivery fee if you wish the item to be delivered again.

AAE offers tracked shipping. You can track your shipment with your tracking code

International shipping is based on weight and size and can be calculated during checkout

- International Express Courier

International Express Courier offers reliable door-to-door delivery and tracking information. Delivery is usually within 3-15 business days depending on location. Insurance is optional but highly recommended to cover your item from loss or damage during transit.

- International Air Mail - Regular

International Air Mail - Regular is a normal sea postal service and does not have tracking. Delivery is between 7-21 business days but can sometimes take several weeks to arrive. Insurance is required for this service.

Most items are in stock and shipment is usually within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.

If an item ordered is out of stock, we will backorder it and you will be notified. Your order will be shipped when stock arrives. most supplier turnarounds are 1 week.
