 Q: How can I pay with a credit card?
  A: To pay by credit card you can: 1-call 866-342-2003 Mon-Fri (9-4EST) 2-fax the credit card info (name on card, card number, expiration date and security code) via fax to 302-342-1424, or 3-email the credit card info broken up into 2 separate emails
 Q: Are the parts you sell new?
  A: Yes! Unless stated otherwise, all our parts are new. Some may be 'New Old Stock' a term which refers to merchandise being offered for sale which was manufactured long ago but that has never been used. Such merchandise may not be produced anymore, and the new old stock may represent the only market source of a particular item at the present time.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: We will refund or exchange if the products are returned within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us for a return authorization.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Absolutely! For all shipments to the US, take the highest stated delivery charge, then add $1.00 for each additional auction/store item. If you are outside the US, please contact us for a combined shipping quote.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Most orders ship 24-48 hours after payment, excluding weekends or holidays. Most of our shipments to the US are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation and generally arrive within 2-10 days. For shipments outside the US, we generally ship via AirMail. Most packages arrive within two weeks, but there can be customs delays.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Shipping and handling is listed on every auction and store item near the bottom of the page.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Yes - we ship to many countries. If you are not able to complete a purchase, you may be located in a country that we do not ship to.
 Q: Can you declare our shipment as a gift for customs purposes?
  A: Any import taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders requiring customs forms will be processed accurately. We will not list inaccurate or misleading information on any customs form.
 Q: I paid you for my auction. Why haven't you left feedback yet?
  A: We agree that feedback is an important part of the ebay experience. Due to the volume of our business, we have an automated system of leaving feedback. Feedback is normally left a few days after your package has been shipped.
