General Questions

Q: What are your working hours?
A: Our regular business hours are Mon-Fri, 9-5 EST.

Q: Do you end auctions early?
A: No, we do not end auctions early. All our auctions go for the full duration. Unless the item is being sold as Buy It Now.

Q: Problems with an order?
A: If something is wrong with an order, we certainly will help you to the best of our capabilities the issued is resolved. Please contact us at sales@wbntoys.com.au.

Q: Do we sell to wholesale dealers?
A: Wholesale dealers are welcome, there is a minimum quantity is requirement for wholesalers.

Q: What If I Don't See What I'm looking for?
A: If you don't see exactly what you are looking for in our inventory, shoot us an email! We are almost always successful in helping customers find exactly what the need! If not, we can tell you the best place to get it. Contact us by emailing us at sales@wbntoys.com.au.

Q: I need ten of these, how much?
A: We do sell in bulk quantity to referred or previous customers. This policy ensures you are familiar with the high quality of products we sell, and are familiar with our company’s terms and conditions. In addition, it eliminates a large quantity of non serious buyers who tend to consume a large part of our time from our loyal customers.

Q: Do you sell outside of eBay?
A: No, we do not. It is against eBay policy to do so.

Q: How much do you want for this item to end the auction early?
A: We will not end the auction early. Please check out our buy it now store items instead.

Q: Do you have a buy it now price for this item?
A: Items that have a buy it now price are advertised as buy it now.

Q: I am looking for... Can you special order it for me?
A: Yes, please contact us at sales@wbntoys.com.au and request a special order form to be emailed to you.

Q: If I win the auction what is included?
A: In our auctions everything that is included is pictured, you will receive a FREE Cubby Warming pack with specific item purchased.

Q: I won this item, but I no longer want it. Will I be penalized if I don’t pay?
A: When you enter a bid you are entering a binding contract and we hope you will follow through and complete the transaction by paying for the item. However, if you choose not to we do require that the winning bidder pay a fee of 11% of the purchase price for the item. If the fee is not paid an unpaid item dispute will be opened.

Q: I won and have paid for this item. It has not shipped yet, but I no longer want it. Can I get a refund?
A: We will refund the total paid less 20% of the purchase price.

Q: Can you swap the item I won with…..?
A: We do not swap items. When you bid on an item you are entering a binding contract and we hope you will follow through and complete the transaction by paying for the item. However, if you choose not to we do require that the winning bidder pay a fee of 11% of the purchase price for the item. If the fee is not paid an unpaid item dispute will be opened.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Exchanges are accepted for faulty items. Please make contact to receive a return item number before posting. Postage and handling fees are not refundable.

Q: What will my shipping and handling fees be?
A: Shipping and handling costs for your item is determined by weight, size and distance for each item. Please visit our listings where you can find the shipping cost.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, we don’t ship all around the world.

Q: Is local pick up available?
A: Sorry, we are a mail order company and we do not allow local pick up for our products. All products are shipped from our warehouse.

Q: Do we do Combine Shipping?
A: No, we don’t provide combined shipping. If you purchase 1 cubby, prices as above. if you purchase 2 cubby's multiply price x 2.

Q: What is the cost to ship this item?
A: You can locate the shipping cost by scrolling down to the Shipping, paying details and return policy section in the listing.

Q: I have an account with [FedEx, UPS, DHL…..]. Can you ship the item (s) through my account?
A: Sorry, we cannot honor those types of requests.

Q: What value will be declared on the customs form?
A: The purchase price will be declared on the customs form.

Q: What carrier do you use to ship outside of the United States?
A: We ship all items via Auspost to ensure we can offer you the best pricing.

Q: When will I receive my item?
A: Your order will be dispatched on the first available dispatch day (Wednesday - Friday) once payment has been received. You will receive a tracking number on the day of dispatch after 5pm.
 
Payments

Q: What type of payment is accepted?
A: We accept Bank Deposits, PayPal Payments, Money order & Bank Cheques.

Q: What is your CHECK OUT Procedure (Very important)?
A: Shortly after winning your item, we will send you an email with all the information you will need to organize payment. Note: email is sent to your eBay registered email address. The email contains all our banking details, address, contacts, total cost and other useful information. Please confirm (re-write) your address in PayPal’s message box or re-write your address in the email and we will use that address for shipping the parcel. For your protection, without confirming address may result in a longer shipping time. Due to value of item(s) purchased, we must confirm the shipping address of your choice to prevent any possible delays or issues that might arise. The reasoning behind this method is both a safety precaution and a time saver for all parties involved. In the past, we have had many conflicting addresses from a customer’s eBay account to their PayPal account, to even a custom address where they would like the item(s) shipped to. We have found by verifying with the buyer the preferred delivery address that we eliminated over 64 hours a month of fixing these errors. Please understand this move to more efficiency. It helps us more to serve you better.

Q: How should I send your Return Item?
A: If for any reason you would like to return an item within 14 working days of receiving the delivery you should do the following:
  • Email Wholesale Brand Name Toys customer services through eBay and inform them that you wish to return the item (s).
  • In the event of damaged goods we shall arrange for either replacement parts or a carrier to collect the items from you and return them to us (at no cost to yourself).
  • In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges.
Please Note:
  1. Wholesale Brand Name Toys cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a receipt from the Post Office or Courier.
  2. If an item has been returned for any reason other than a product fault or a mistake on the part of Wholesale Brand Name Toys, you will be refunded the cost of the goods, provided that the goods are returned by you and are received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection which will be notified at the time of cancellation.
No Exchange after 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

PAYPAL Dispute/Chargeback:
As a power seller in eBay it means we are serious on maintaining our business, communicating with our valuable customers because we truly believe reputation means everything in the business world and if we figured out you haven't get your items due to the parcel bounce back or lost in the mail we will kindly re-ship your items but if a customer is saying don't have the parcel within 10-21 working days and file us a paypal dispute or Paypal chargeback us due to any circumstances we will block this customer's user id because the parcel is on the way and still want us to give the refund that is unfair and unsafe to deal again but this is a 0.01% of the chance we got and normally most of the buyers are my good customers and friends. So just kindly email us if anyone still doesn’t have the parcel we will check it out for you.
