We do understand that plans change and wigs don't always look the way you think they will. We are here to work with you.
If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact us via My eBay or the Contact Seller button.
If you wish to return your item for an exchange or refund, please contact us via the Contact Seller button and choose the 'OTHER" option. eBay is automatically opening cases when you attempt to contact the Seller. eBay's Buyer Protection does not cover times when the Buyer has changed their mind. If a case is opened, you will have to claim that you did not receive the item or that the Item was Not As Described and you will have to prove it or your claim will be denied by eBay. Please contact us using the OTHER option so we can work with you for either a refund or exchange.
Wig Condition for Return
All returns must be returned in unworn, brand new with tags condition.
- Wig must be undamaged or altered in any way (brushed, styled, cut, product applied, etc)
- Tags must still be attached and hairnet undamaged
- No perfume or odors of any kind
- Retail packaging must be unblemished (no creases, tears, splits or damage of any kind).
- All original retail manufactur's packaging and materials must be returned.
It is industry standard to not accept the return of wigs which have been worn. This is a health issue for our customers who have compromised immune systems and to prevent the spread of lice or other communicable diseases.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for one which will work better for you, please contact us immediately through my eBay to request an exchange.
We will issue a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Packages which arrive without an RA number on the outside of the package may be refused.
Return shipping is the Buyer’s responsibility.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a wig which is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via My eBay or Contact Seller button with a description of the damage. While manufacturing defects are rare, they do occur.
Defective wigs must be returned for inspection by our wig inspectors. Upon confirmation of the damage, we will replace the wig with exact same style and color.
ABUSE OF RETURN POLICY
We reserve the right to block any buyer who abuses our return policy or who returns an excessive percentage of their orders. Additionally, eBay requires that all abuses of the Return Policy be reported. We comply with this policy. |
