Postage is calculated by weight of the item. Put your postcode (for Australian buyers) or country (for international buyers) into the Ebay postage calculator under the postage tab in each listing for an exact price and delivery mode options.
Express and regular options are available on most items but not all. If the item is over 20 kg or longer than 1 metre in length it must be sent via a courier
Unlike many other sellers we do not charge any handling fees!

Delivery
- Item will not be shipped until payment has been received in full
- Postage is calculated by Australia Post or courier and is based on weight or cubic weight of the item.
- Postage is based on your postcode so on each there is a postage and payment tab where you can can place your postcode into the calculator for postage quote
- All double swags and parcels over 20kg in cubic weight will be sent via courier, so a street address iand phone number is required - not a PO box (couriers do not deliver to PO box's)
- Dispatch of goods is arranged by us through Australia Post Parcel service or Courier Company
- Please allow up to 2 - 7 working days for Australian delivery, and 5 -14 days for international orders, although in most cases delivery is much quicker.
- No weekend or after hours delivery available.
- Wild Earth is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
- Certain countries have customs duty payable for importing products and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to research & make payment of any customs duty/import tax that might be payable
- Colours in stock can vary from picture, so if a speciic colour is required please state this on your order comments section
- If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues prior to leaving feedback.
- If negative feedback is left we will deem this as a completion of our obligations and no further resolution will be offered.
Returns
- Unless stated otherwise in the item description we offer a 30 day exchange or refund policy if the item was substantially not as described in the auction or is damaged on arrival. Minor variations in model, color, specifications are not usually reason for a refund.
- Buyer must return the item unused in original packaging within 30 days of auction with all of the original tags including carton if possible, boxes and copy of the invoice. All returns must be boxed and backed securely for shipping. Refund provided at our discretion within 30 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless item is damaged or incorrect on arrival.
- If size is incorrect (such as for clothing) you may return the item to Wild Earth at buyer’s expense in exchange for the correct size within 30 days. Please take care in measuring size to ensure correct fit.
- Products that are specially ordered non-stock items or custom made to special order cannot be exchanged/refunded.
- We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. If you have any questions, please email us before placing your bid.
Warranties and claims

Goods are covered by manufacturer warranties. On your behalf we will assist to repair, exchange or provide a credit note for the goods subject to the agreement of the customer. If the goods are not repairable, you will be eligible for a new replacement, exchange or store credit. Refunds are not granted on warranty claims unless the same product has become discontinued and unavailable.

We do not refund postage, or cover the cost of return postage on after-use warranty claims, as your warranty is a manufacturer warranty not a Wild Earth warranty. However if the product is damaged or incorrect upon receiving your postage will be refunded and replaced.
Conditions of Sale
- The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction within 4 days
from the date of receipt of email notification following the end of the sale or item will be resold or relisted
- All item prices include GST.
- All payments made payable direct to 'Wild Earth'
- Wild Earth adheres to all trading rules applied by eBay.
