60 Days Money Back Guarantee Return Policy for most products
Under this policy, you may return to WOWparts, within the applicable return policy period, products that you purchased directly from WOWparts for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.
- All returns or exchanges are subject to approval.
- Calculating refund:
~ Item(s) in its original condition, in new packaging: Full product price will be refunded.
~ Any item that is opened: 15% - 25% restocking fee depending on the item condition.
~ Any item that is used, is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.
- Items that are open and over 14 days from date of delivery, is eligible for exchanging to same item only.
- Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are not refundable except if the return / exchange is a result of our error.
What has the shipping company done for you?...if you’ve answered something like, “…they damaged my package,” please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our very best to take care of it. We insure all of our items for the full purchase price. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.

Condition Related Returns:
We take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), and we'll do our very best to make you happy. If we're unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we'll fully refund your original winning price.
Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received in order to receive full credit. Items purchased in "New", "Open Box, Cancelled Orders" or "Like New" condition and then used can be returned, but will receive a reduced refund value. The reduced value will be determined after our inspection of the club to determine the level of use. You will be notified of the reduced refund value after inspection and before a refund is issued.
~ If the item is defective within the first 30 days of order (from date of purchase), we will send replacement at no extra cost for customer. Please contact us for more details.
~ Selected items are to replaced by the manufacturer; please contact the respective manufacturer for warranty information.

~ Used screen protector (we will gladly provide replacement if the item is received damaged)
~ All Bluetooth headsets, corded headsets and earphone. These are hygienic specific item, and the manufacturers no longer restock them due to hygienic issues. We will accept return if the items are originally in bulk-packaging.
We usually process and send replacement within 3 business days from the day we receive your package. All replacement will be sent out using standard shipping. Please allow 5-7 shipping days for final delivery.
Refund will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the return package.
