| Q:Is the item new? |

| A:All the items I sell are brand new unless marked otherwise. We sometimes have ex-rental or second hand dvds / games to sell. |
| Q:Is the item a bootleg or copy? |

| A:No, all the items I sell are genuine official releases. NOTE: "on demand" items are burned onto DVD-R by the authorised supplier and are an official release. |
| Q:Is the item sealed? |
|
| A:99% of the items are sealed. As items are sourced from different suppliers and different manufacturers there are some rare occasions when the item is unsealed. |
| Q:Can I get a refund or replacement? |
|
| A:Yes if it has been over 4 weeks since your item from the UK was sent, or it has been over 5 weeks since your US item was sent. NOTE: please add 2 weeks to expected delivery in December due to heavy demand on the postal service.
NOTE: all sales are final after 60 days and cannot be refunded or replaced as ebay and paypal refuse refunds. |
| Q:Do you combine postage? |

| A:No. Sorry this is no longer provided as my wholesaler has changed the pricing so that it is no different for multiple items. All items are marked at the cheapest possible price including the standard postage charge. Orders of multiple items may come together or may come separately. |
| Q:I didn't receive all of my items. |

| A:Due to the size of boxes and us using multiple wholesalers, there is a chance your order will arrive in multiple packages. If you have only received part of your order then don't be alarmed as the rest are on their way to you. Feel free to email us to confirm this if you wish. |
| Q:My item is damaged, what can I do? |

| A:Please email us to help trouble shoot your problem. If we can't fix it then you can return the item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. |
| Q:My item is not as described, what can I do? |

| A:Please email us to assist. If you have only received part of your order then don't be alarmed as the rest will be arriving in separate packages. If the item is not correct you can return the item to me for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. |
| Q:The region of the dvd is not compatible with my dvd player? |

| A:You can return the item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item. |
| Q:I asked a question and you didn't answer? |

| A:I try to respond to all questions within 24 hours. If I haven't then sorry I must have forgotten to answer, so please ask it again. Please read item description and this FAQ as it may have your answer. |
