Great seller. But AusPost never sent even one email saying they've picked up the parcel etc, nor advising on the day the package would be delivered. There was no card saying they tried to deliver, I have doubts they even tried to deliver. I only realised the parcel was at the local parcel centre for over a week waiting to be picked up when I checked the original ebay 'on its way' message to check the tracker which I had also done a few days earlier. But item is great, thank you seller.

Bought some caravan steps. Paid for it and a day later the company emails and says they need extra money for shipping ($15) even though the add said “free shipping” and I also live in a capital city and it wasn’t a rural delivery. Had to cancel the order and get it refunded as they wouldn’t send it for the agreed price and I couldn’t wait any extra days for delivery. False advertising and a very poor way to run a business. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend this seller.
