- We charge a AU$8.80 flat rate shipping cost within Australia, no matter how many items you order.

- Yogee Toys do not ship internationally via eBay at this moment.

Delivery
- We ship all orders via Australia Post. Once we have dispatched your order you will be sent a shipping email to confirm that your parcel is now on its way to you. You will also be provided with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your parcel. Please CLICK HERE to go to Australia\'s Post tracking page.
- We are 100% committed to ensure all orders are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day or next working day upon receipt of your payments.

- We do not guarantee that your order will be delivered within this time frame. Whist we are proud to say that the majority of our deliveries occur on time late deliveries did occur in the past due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

- Please be aware that when no one is at the delivery address Australia Post will leave a card for you to pick-up your parcel from your local Post Office.

Pick Up
- Pick Up is available ONLY from our warehouse located at Unit 1/ 79 Station Road, Seven Hills, NSW 2147.
- Orders will be ready for pick up on the same day if payments are received before 12PM.
- Pick up time: Mon-Fri between 10am and 4pm. We close on Sat, Sun and Public Holidays.
