- Free Standard Postage on all orders, so the price you see is the price you pay! Most of our products also have an Express Postage option if you really need it fast (most Australian postcodes will receive Express delivery the next business day, please contact us before purchase if you would like to confirm your postcode with us for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. You'll find the cost of Express Shipping on the product page.
- Same Day Dispatch - for fully paid orders received by 2pm AEST. We pride ourselves on getting your purchase to you as quickly as possible.
- 30 Days Exchange or Refund - just post the item back to us within 30 days of receiving it and we will offer you a full refund less the freight cost.
- The product must be new, unopened and in its original packaging. Any damage caused during return shipping may affect ability to claim a full refund.
- Replacement for ‘Damaged On Arrival’ Goods – if your item/s have arrived and are damaged, please let us know through the eBay messaging system as soon as possible and we will organise a replacement (though don’t worry, this is very rare as our packaging is very good!)
