Can I return my item(s)?

We are happy to accept and refund any Unused items/Goods deemed faulty on inspection from ourselves within 30 days of receipt with all original tags and packaging intact .

You can now send the items back fast and easy with our simple returns process.

1. Request a return via the Resolution Centre on eBay, which can be found at http://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk
2. Package the parcel ready for return including original delivery note with completed return reason below.
3. Attach the pre printed return address label provided below to the return parcel.
4. Take to your local Post Office and get a proof of posting receipt to cover you in the unfortunate event of any loss in the return process.  We cannot be held responsible in the event of loss if you cannot provide proof of postage.  Do not put directly into a post box as the item will not be returned.

Is this service available outside the UK?

Please note that this returns process is only available to UK clients and this return service is not applicable outside the UK.  The buyer must pay for any returns from outside the UK.

Can I exchange my item(s)?

Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange on return items.  If you need a dfferent size/if the item is not suitable please re-buy the size/item needed online and request a return through the resolution centre for the unwanted item and follow the above return process to send the item back to ourselves.
