Conditions of Sale

• The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction (including payment) within 7 days from the end of the sale.
• By bidding on our auction(s) you are agreeing to our terms and conditions including our warranty & returns policies.
• All pictures contained within this listing are for illustration purposes only.
• AHR is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods, it strongly recommend buyer to apply for insurance option.
• While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional.
• AHR adheres to all trading rules applied by eBay.

Shipping

• Item will not ship until payment has been received in full.

Delivery

• Dispatch of goods is arranged through AHR. We do welcome customers organise their own freight for large and bulky items.
• Please allow up to 14 days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is much quicker.
• Delivery hours between 9am to 5pm only. No weekend or after hours delivery available.
• AHR is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
• If problems do arise, please email us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.
• If the product you purchased is large and heavy, please get a friend to help you when it arrive.
• Extra $80 service charged by the freight company if needed to sent extra person to help unload large items.

Refund

• Freight fees are not refundable if the product received is as per order and the customer wants to return to us as he finds it unsuitable for his needs.
• Should a customer wish to return a product that has been ordered incorrectly by the customer, the item must be returned in the original package and in original condition to qualify for refund. Delivery costs are payable by the customer.
