Why are there different prices for the same style of shoes?

Our prices vary depending on the condition, popularity of size, popularity of color, and length of time an item has been up for sale. Due to our pricing policies, we cannot lower the price of any item.

We're sorry but our prices are as stated. As you can see, our prices are 20% to 90% of retail cost. We have some of the lowest prices on the internet.

Are the shoes in the photo the actual shoes up for sale?

If the condition is "New: In Box," we use one picture to represent all shoes. If the condition is "New / Display" and the listing states "Actual Shoe Shown," then the picture displays the actual shoe up for sale. Please check the condition description in the auction.

Is your merchandise new or used?

We sell authentic, name-brand merchandise in various conditions from manufacturers and retailers of fine footwear. We carefully inspect and grade our items into the categories below.

  • New: In Box - Brand new condition in original box.
  • New: Without Box - New condition without box. These shoes are carefully packed and shipped in our own boxes.
  • New / Display - New shoes that were floor samples, displays, or try-ons. They might have very minor creases, or scuffs. Actual pictures are shown for these.
  • Gently Used - Shoes may be returns and/or show minor signs of wear. These shoes are still in good condition. Actual pictures are shown for these.

I was outbid on an auction. Do you have another one?

We're sorry to hear you were outbid. We list our entire inventory in our eBay store. The easiest way to find out if we have the shoes that you are looking for is to type the keywords in the search bar in each of our auctions. You can also search our Apparel Save eBay store. If you don't see it on our site, then we're sold out for now, but don't give up! We get new merchandise in daily, so keep checking back! I missed the auction. How can I bid on that shoe again?

If the auction ended without a winner then it will be automatically relisted so you can do a search in our Apparel Save eBay store to bid on it again. If the auction ended with a winner then we may have another up for auction. Please re-visit our store to see if it's available.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Our shipping process is automated and your order is processed within hours. Once we receive your payment, we cannot add, subtract or cancel your order prior to shipment.

Can I add items to my order?

If you have won an auction through eBay and have not already checked out, you will have the option to continue shopping. Please wait until all your auctions end before visiting checkout. That way you'll be able to take advantage of our combined shipping discount. If you have already checked out and paid for an auction, we are unable to make any revisions or additions to your order.

I just won an item from an eBay auction. Can I get another one at the same price?

Our entire inventory is online for sale. Unfortunately, you'll have to bid on another pair. Our inventory turns over very quickly. So, please take a moment to search our store to see if we have another pair. If you're unable to locate another pair, then we're sold out. But don't give up! We get new merchandise in daily, so please keep checking back! While we may not have everything that you are looking for, the prices on the shoes we have in stock are the best that you will find ... guaranteed!

How can I track my order?

Most orders ship on the next business day after payment is received. After we ship your order, eBay will send you a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can also retrieve your tracking number and order status by going to the Purchase History page of your My eBay account. Your order status and tracking number will be listed if your order has been shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary from 1 to 6 days for domestic shipments. We are located in San Diego, CA so the closer you are to the west coast the faster you will receive your order. The further you get from California, the longer it takes. We will send you an email after your order is shipped so you will get the exact delivery date. International shipments have an average delivery time of 2 to 7 business days via Fedex International. Shipments to the UK have an average delivery time of 3 to 7 business days via DHL Global Mail.

Do you combine shipping charges on multiple purchases?

Yes, we do offer discounts on shipping when you buy more than one item. In order to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must first win bids from and commit to buying all the desired items from our store. Then, go to the Purchase History section in your eBay Account menu. Make sure all desired items are listed under Apparel Save and click the "Pay now" link on the right-hand side. You will be able to complete your purchase from there.

Please remember that you still only have 7 days (from the transaction date) to complete your purchase - otherwise all items will be canceled and re-posted for sale.

Can you ship my package using a cheaper shipping method?

We pride ourselves on offering fast, professional and affordable shipping rates. Unfortunately, we cannot ship your items using any other method since our shipping is already automated.

Can you ship my package with a different shipping carrier?

To offer our customers fast shipping, we automate all of our shipping so unfortunately we can't ship with a different carrier than specified in our auctions.

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

For your convenience, we offer shipping to almost anywhere you want (excluding Columbia, Cuba, and much of Africa). During the checkout process, be sure to double-check your Shipping Address. By default, eBay uses the "Primary shipping address" stored in your eBay account. To ship to a different address, be sure to manually change the Shipping Address during checkout. Please be advised that your order MAY be subject to hold for verification if the Shipping Address is not the same as the Billing Address.

Do you allow for local pick ups?

Unfortunately, we do not offer local pick ups because our warehouse doesn't have the proper insurance in place for retail customers. If you are local then you should get your shoes the day after we ship them. This is a plus for our local customers!

International Shipping

Can you declare my purchase as a "Gift"?

Falsifying customs documentation is a federal violation. In accordance with US law, we must declare your package as merchandise and note the price that you paid as the value. After all those expenses, you will still get a great deal since our shoes are purchased at a deep discount.

Have you received my payment yet?

Paypal:
You should receive a payment confirmation email after your payment clears Paypal.

Credit Cards:
Credit card payments should clear within a few minutes and you should recieve a confirmation email shortly after you have paid.

Check your payment/shipping status:
Log into your My eBay account. Go to the "Purchase history" section. All your eBay orders for up to 60 days prior are listed. The items are broken up into three sections: "Awaiting Payment," "Shipped," and "Awaiting Feedback." You can also hover above the icons next to each item to see the payment status and shipping status on each item.

What types of payments do you accept?

How long can I wait to pay for my item?

From the moment an auction ends or a "Buy It Now" is completed, you have exactly 7 days to complete payment. On the 8th day, we will cancel the transaction, re-post the item for sale, and file with eBay for a refund of Final Value Fees that we incurred on the sale.

Do you charge sales tax?

We're required by state law to implement sales tax where we have a presence. That means all California shipping addresses will incur 8.00% sales tax and all Tennessee shipping addresses will incur 9.25% sales tax.

How do I redeem my eBay or Paypal gift certificate?

You can use an eBay gift card or gift certificate to pay for all or part of a purchase. After clicking Pay Now to pay for the item, you'll be prompted to enter your redemption code. To use a gift card or gift certificate, you must have a PayPal account (if you don't have one already, you'll be given an opportunity to sign up). Your eBay email address must be listed in your PayPal account. And your PayPal account must have a bank account or credit card associated with it.

What is Apparel Save's Satisfaction Guarantee?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn merchandise to us for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. If there is anything we can do to help you to avoid returning the item to us, please email us at sales@apparelsave.com.

What is your Return Policy?

Apparel Save has easy returns! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund (excluding shipping charges) within 60 days. PLUS: we offer Free Return Shipping for eligible customers (click here for more details).

Instructions For Easy Returns

  1. Download the Return Form (PDF) located here. OR you can also find the Return Form located on your Order Invoice.
  2. Fill out the form by following the instructions on there. Include the complete form in the box.
  3. Properly bag or box the return. Please note: If the manufacturer box is not in its original state (i.e. taped, torn, missing, etc.) a $10.00 surcharge will apply for re-boxing the product.
  4. Mail the item(s) to the following return address. Customers are responsible for Return Shipping fees (click here for details on Free Return Shipping Eligibility).

Once we have processed your Return Form, you will receive an email confirmation to verify your request. Is Free Return Shipping available?

Free Return Shipping is available for customers who do not receive the correct item as reflected in their order. This includes items that are a different size, color, style, brand, or condition than what is described in our eBay product listing or on your order. If you believe you've received an incorrect item, contact Customer Care, who can then either mail a Free Return Shipping Label (US customers) or reimburse your Return Shipping (international customers).

Do you offer Exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Exchanges at this time. Because our merchandise sells so quickly, we cannot guarantee that items will stay on reserve. If you'd like to make an Exchange, we recommend returning the first item and making a separate order for the desired item.

After your shoes have arrived at our facility, our Returns department processes it within 7 business days. We process returns in the order they are received. Once we do, we will send you an email confirmation immediately after your refund is issued.

My order was damaged during shipment. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear about your damaged package. We will contact the courier and file a claim on your delivery. Please email Customer Care at sales@apparelsave.com with details of your shipment. Also, if you refused the package, please let us know that as well. If there is a replacement pair available, we will make arrangements to ship a replacement.
