POSTAGE & HANDLING
Our postage & handling charges and our postage discount policy are clearly stated for each listing. Please make yourself aware of them before you bid/purchase.
There is a difference between the cost of postage to us and the price we charge you. This is the fee for packaging and handling, it covers packaging materials and the actual preparing and dispatching of your order. (Our parcels do not pass as letters, they are processed as parcels, due to the size of the padded bags we use to protect your order.)
INTERNATIONAL
We ship via AIRMAIL usually within 1 business day of cleared payment.
LOST PARCELS
We take responsibility for delivering the parcel to the post office on your behalf.
We cannot however, take responsibility for how the postal service handles your parcel once we have delivered it safely to them.
If you think your parcel has taken too long to arrive you should contact us to ensure it has been sent.
When we post, we address the parcel as specified on the order.
(PLEASE ENSURE THIS ADDRESS IS CORRECT).
RETURN TO SENDER PARCELS
If your order is returned to us after having been posted correctly to the address you have supplied, you will be recharged postage to have it reshipped.
