How do I Click & Collect at Autobarn?

We know how to keep it simple.

  1. Add our great products to your cart and select your preferred store.
  2. When you have everything you need simply proceed to the checkout. If products are unavailable at your preferred store, select a different store to collect from.
  3. Once you have completed your checkout you will receive a confirmation email. You will need to present this email with Photo ID when you collect your order. You can print it out or just show us the email on your phone.
  4. Your order will be processed at the store and you will receive an email and/or SMS when your goods are ready to collect!

What does it cost to Click & Collect?

With Click & Collect there's no additional fees or shipping charges, the price you see is what you’ll pay

When will my order be ready to collect?

Our team will endeavour to have your order ready within four hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up. Pick up is available during store trading hours.Your order will be held in store for 14 days. If you can’t collect within that time, please contact your nominated store to extend the collection date.

What I.D. do I need to pick up my order?

Your order confirmation email and photo I.D. or the credit card you used to pay for your order

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes, you can nominate an alternative person to pick up your order. Simply enter their contact details when checking out. They will need to bring the confirmation email and their Photo I.D. with them to collect.

I've already paid, can I change who collects my order?

Yes, please contact your local store directly to arrange. The store will need the collecting person’s details & your order number. The person collecting will need to bring the order confirmation email & Photo I.D. to collect.

Can I collect my order early?

For urgent orders we recommend you contact your local store directly to confirm item availability and pick up time.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Just call your nominated collection store and they will arrange your cancellation and refund.

I've already picked up my order, can I get a refund?

All refunds are according to relevant ACCC guidelines and store policies. Please contact your nominated store to arrange a refund.

I've received my order confirmation but I’ve been contacted and told the item is out of stock even though the website said it was available. What happened?

While we make every effort to ensure the product is available where you want it, when you want it, sometimes an item is damaged or missing and we only find out when we pick your order. This is a rare occurrence but when it happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative product or refund .

Can I pay with a gift card?

Sorry, we can’t accept gift cards as payment online, visit your local store to redeem your gift card.

You can purchase using your credit card or PayPal account.
