Welcome to the official Bardot eBay store (“Bardot eBay store”). These are the terms and conditions which apply to your purchase of clothing, accessories and other goods (“Goods”) from the Bardot eBay store. Your acceptance and agreement to these terms and conditions is given when you purchase Goods from Bardot eBay store. Please also refer to the Bardot Customer Privacy Statement and you should also access and read the information contained on the other pages and websites referred to in this document that appear on eBay website, as they do and may contain further terms and conditions which apply to you as a Bardot eBay store customer. Customer registration

In order to purchase from Bardot eBay store, you must first register as an eBay member.

For security purposes, Bardot in its discretion is entitled to request credit card verification. Otherwise, Bardot reserves the right not to proceed with the order sale and refund the payment made.

You are prohibited from purchasing Goods from Bardot for the purpose of resale and on sale to other persons whether as a business or non business and Goods are only for personal use including but not limited to gifting and/or on behalf of another for their personal use. A breach of this will result in cancellation and/or refusal of registration/ order for Goods.

Delivery within Australia

Bardot eBay delivers within Australia via Australia Post standard delivery for a flat rate of $8. All purchases require a signature upon delivery. You can combine postage by clicking on “Buy another variation” to add your subsequent items into a single shipment before clicking on “Pay Now”.

A person at your residence or your workplace can sign for Goods on your behalf. If no one is available to sign for the delivery a card from Auspost will indicate a failed delivery attempt. The parcel can be picked up from the post office indicated on the card. To save a trip to the post office we recommend sending your purchase to your workplace.

Orders are processed and sent daily except for weekends and public holidays. Any order placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed and sent the next business day.

Regular Post within Australia

If you place your order for Goods before 2.00pm on a business day it will be shipped out the same day. Regular delivery can take up to 3 -5 business days depending on your region. Order for Goods placed after 2.00pm on a business day will be sent by the following business day.

Feedback

Feedback is very important to us and it is our policy to leave positive feedback for buyers once positive feedback for us which determines for us that you received the Goods and that you are happy with the Goods. Before leaving neutral or negative feedback please contact us so that we have an opportunity to try and resolve any issues with you.

Returns Policy

Bardot eBay store may exchange or give a credit note (valid for 6 months from issue date) for a change-of-mind purchase subject to the following conditions:

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt (you should retain a photocopy of same for your records)
  • Does not apply to accessories, hosiery, lingerie or swimwear
  • Does not apply to goods that are worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer
  • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable

How do you exchange and/or get credit note?

Subject to the returns policy stated above, you can exchange your purchase by sending it back to the following address:

Customers will be responsible for the cost of sending Goods back to the online store. You must enclose: (1) a postage paid self-addressed satchel for us to replace your new Goods; (2) your original receipt and (3) a completed Bardot eBay store exchange form with your new order for Goods. The Bardot eBay store exchange form will be included in your shopping transaction, otherwise, please email us at customerservice-ebay@bardot.com.au for a copy to be forwarded to you.

Goods purchased from Bardot eBay store can not be refunded or exchanged nor credit note issued at Bardot retail or clearance stores.

We recommend you (1) use a traceable delivery method for all returns and (2) either insure your delivery for safe return to Bardot or declare the full value of the shipment so you’re completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake these recommendations you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during delivery.

What should you do if you receive faulty Goods?

Your satisfaction is important to us. Goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Goods are packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit. Goods information

Every effort is made to display accurately the colours of Goods that appear on Bardot eBay store Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, there is no guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the Goods on delivery.

All sizes and measurements stated are approximate sizes and measurements and every effort is made to ensure accuracy. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of GST and in Australian dollars.

Goods are subject to availability. An order for Goods is accepted at the time of entering of your credit card details. Payment will be validated and accepted in real time. If Goods you have ordered are out of stock, you shall be notified as soon as possible and your payment will be refunded to the credit card or Paypal account used for the transaction.

If you have opted to use the cheque service via Paypal, the order will only be processed when the payment is cleared and the status in your account is updated to “complete”. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and delivery.

Orders
