We have re-organised our postage costs to save you money. Please check your invoice before paying or request an invoice before paying to get the best postage price.
Our Overseas buyers - when buying more than one item the postage shown is probably too high. Please ask for an invoice before paying. We will weigh your purchase and charge the cheapest we can.
We promise to send out your item the next day if you have paid before 6.00pm. So if you buy and pay for your item at 5.55pm then it will be posted the next day**. In practice, as long as we have no other commitments and we are not too busy, we will post items paid for up to 11.00 - 12.00 noon on the same day*.
If before 12.00 noon you do want an item sent urgently that day, then we suggest that you send us a message in an email that you require it urgently. We will then write back and let you know when the item can be sent.

We will not charge you more than £3.40 1st class postage for your ribbon and gift bag purchases.

We will not charge you more than £1.30 1st class postage for these purchases however many you may buy.
This is limited to our lighter items (small amounts and findings) you will see that there is no further postage charge after the first item.
*We cannot send items if a buyer name is not given. We will write and request your name and hold the items until we have that information. (Wednesdays excluded in non peak times).
