Yes, If you are planning for a special event such as a wedding, 21st birthday, engagement etc, simply send an email to email@example.com with your requirements and we will provide a quotation and list a private auction.
- How long does it take to receive my goods?
Besmartificial posts daily. Once we have received cleared payment for the purchase, your item is posted to you within 24 hours.
- How do I purchase from Besmartificial?
If you are purchasing an item on auction, you place your bid and keep a watch on the item. Place further bids as required and hopefully you will win the item.
If you are purchasing an item that is on a Buy it Now listing, simply press they BUY button and follow the prompts.
- What happens after I have purchased my item?
First you will be sent a confirmation email directly from Besmartificial. Once your item has been posted, you will be emailed your original registered post tracking number.
- What happens if I haven't received my item?
If you have checked the registered post number and it is stated as having been delivered, please contact our office immediately which will enable us to start our own investigation.
- How do I pay for my item?
Simply utilise any of the payment methods listed in the item description and in our terms and conditions. These include PayPal, direct deposit and cheque.
