Disappointed, item has not yet arrived which was due for delivery one week ago.Although seller has confirmed that they have contacted the courier but it’s incredible to hear that customers need to allow 15 business days to receive an update, that doesn’t include the time associated with either processing a refund or arranging for a placement if the item got lost, I have to say this shopping experience is poor. I suggest seller to use a reliable courier service.

Our apologies for the issue and delay. Your order was dispatched on 18 September via Hunter Express. On 27 September, one of our representatives advised that we will lodge an investigation regarding the status of your parcel and it is still ongoing. As we have checked on the tracking website, your parcel is in TAMWORTH depot as of 28/09/2023.
