Q. Do you combine shipping?

A. The short answer is yes, we do combine shipping if you buy more than one item from us at the same time.

The long answer is that if you combine items with different shipping carrier (i.e. USPS and UPS) then these items cannot be combined. Although we will actually combine the actual package, eBay has a limitation in their calculated shipping methods that disallows combining the shipping amount when the above is true. If you want to buy several items such as the above, please contact us and we will discount you on the shipping charge. You can contact us before or after placing your order. We will honor your request.

Q. How can I check your shipping charges for one or more items?

A. For one item, just enter your shipping zip code on the item listing page to check for the shipping costs. For multiple items just add the items you want to buy to the eBay shopping cart and you will see a total charge for all items. Please note the discount for combined shipping.

Q. Do you ship to Canada or to international destinations?

A. Sorry, but at this time we only ship to USA destinations.

Q. Will you leave me positive feedback?

A. Absolutely. As soon as your order ships we will leave you positive feedback. We hope that you will return the favor.

Q. What happens if an item is received damaged?

A. We package our items with utmost care, however unfortunately there are instances beyond our control that cause the package content to be damaged during shipment. If this happens, please contact us and we will GLADLY reship your order or offer you a FULL refund plus the cost for returning the item to us if applicable. But please contact us before attempting to leave negative feedback.

Q. What carrier do you use for shipping?

A. For smaller items we use UPS Mail innovation; this is a combination of UPS and USPS, where UPS will transfer the package to your local post office who will then deliver your package to your door. For larger packages we use UPS.

Q. How can I return an item?

A. We will gladly accept your unopened items at no charge within 30 days of your delivery. Please send your return package prepaid to:
