What if my order is delivered damaged!
If an item is damaged in transit, please be sure to report it to our Customer Service Team on 1300 727 967 within 24 hours of signing for it. Our team will individually review all goods damaged in transit and respond promptly.
What If my goods break within the Manufacturer Warranty period?
If your product breaks within the warranty period you can call the manufacturer and ask for service or spare parts. The manufacturer will then arrange a suitable time for their local service agent to come out and fix the unit. All you need is a copy of your invoice that you would have received with your delivery or had sent in the mail.
What if my order has not arrived?
