Zero customer service, bought as a Christmas gift and box was absolutely destroyed had to completely overhaul the box in order to wrap it and put under the tree. They offered a return ONLY and their explanation was this is how we save you money on shipping by sending you completely destroyed packages. They definitely need to us their customer service game cause they don't have any. Will NOT purchase from this seller ever again.

If you are not happy, you are more than welcome to return it. If USPS decided to put something on top of this package, and box got destroyed because of it, there isn't anything I can do. Go shop local retail and pay full price instead of whining with the keyboard.
