• We hope you will be satisfied with your product but if you wish to return an item, please contact us first for advice on how to return it.
• Please ensure that you contact us within 14 days of delivery and that the item is still in its original brand new condition (sealed, where applicable).
• A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the item back.
• Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
