When it was delivered there was no one home, so they left a card with not much information on it, after few phone calls, we figured out where to pick up, had to drive 45min to a warehouse to pick it up, when I got home I realized they sent the wrong item. When I email them they said I have to return it first, so I returned it in original package unopened, but when they received it they took over a week to make the refund after I asked eBay to step in. Very painful experience.

Extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from this seller. I ordered a pet patio door, and it arrived damaged. Following the appropriate procedure, I promptly returned the item to the seller via courier, providing tracking information for their reference. Regrettably, the seller has proven to be unresponsive and unreliable. They claim to be unable to locate the returned item in their warehouse, and despite attempts to contact them for a replacement or refund, they have not responded.
