Shipping prices are shown on all of our eBay listings. Just check the eBay ad for your location ! Some of our items may include free shipping - if so, this will be stated on the eBay ad.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow 7-10 days for delivery once your payment has cleared - Mostly delivery is within just a few days to major locations. Please allow a little extra time for WA, NT, regional locations & public holiday times.

Do you Offer Transit Insurance?

Can I combine orders to save on Shipping?
Yes, we offer shipping discounts wherever possible. Some items are advertised as not eligible for shipping discounts. These include such as oversize items, or which already include free shipping in the advertised price.
Most items will still ship separately depending on the size or weight of the items, and if items are shipping from different locations.
Who do you send my item with?
We use the Australia Post Premium eParcel system for smaller items. For larger items we use a network of couriers including TNT & Toll Logistics. Shipment is made only via our nominated carriers. Sorry that we cannot change carriers or negotiate on shipping rates.
What address did you send to?
Shipment is made to the delivery address provided to us at our secure checkout. Address details cannot be changed or re-directed an item has been shipped.
Please check & ensure your details are correct and always leave your contact phone number. We cannot change your address after your item is dispatched.

Can I pickup my order?
Sorry that due to insurance purposes, we are unable to provide pickup from our warehouses.
Do you have a showroom where I can view your products?
We sell exclusively online. Low overheads allow us to provide you with brand new products at very low prices. Our ads contain full information, specifications & photos to give you an accurate view of each item. Please email If you need more information, or, if unsure check our customer feedback - we have 1000s of satisfied customers.
Sometimes full scan information can be delayed in the web tracking system. If you enter your tracking number & receive a status such as ( Not Found ) or ( Manifest Received ), do not be alarmed, as it just means your item is still in transit. After shipping, the first tracking event is normally at the shipping company's regional distribution centre, followed by scanning by your local delivery office & driver.
I haven't received my item yet - what do I do ?
If your item seems to be taking a little longer than expected to arrive - don't panic or worry, please email us as soon as possible. We will trace your item & ensure that it gets to you safe & sound.
