My order arrived damaged and broken. I contacted the seller and sent photos. The outer box was secure and undamaged, but the inside one's were torn and open from not being packaged securely. I contacted the seller and he blamed me for causing the damage which I think is unacceptable. He also told me to take it up with Australia Post. This also is unacceptable as he was the sender. Given I have approached the seller with an unsatisfactory result can this be rectified

Very disappointed I never received my helmet and by the sellers poor organisation. They were quick to push a refund which makes me think they never had the item at all or had already sold it, but instead they pushed "can't find it" story. Total time waster.
