Delivery & Returns


Our postage rates are as follows: $6.95 for a standard size order Australia wide, $9.95 for bulky items or orders with 2 or more different items (Note: surcharges may apply for bulky orders).
All orders are sent through the Australia Post Eparcel Trackable Service, and will require signature on delivery.
Once your order and payment has been received, our customer service team will do their best to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We will inform you if any problems arise.
Deliveries to regional areas such as Norfolk Island; Broome; Weipa; Flinders Island and other remote areas are subject to extended delivery times due to available transport services. Please allow additional days to receive your item when delivering to these locations.
Parcels will be plain and unmarked for privacy and security.


Any faulty or damaged stock will be replaced at no charge. Please note however, that there are some companies that prefer to deal with returns themselves

Non Returnable Items:

Due to health regulations the following items are not returnable, unless the item has a major fault as defined under ACCC Guidelines:

  1. Prescription and Personal Health Items.
  2. Medications which require special storage conditions.
  3. Medications which are not sealed by the manufacturer.
  4. Preparations that are taken orally, such as Baby Formula.
