Refunds will be given ONLY if the product is defective/faulty on arrival. You must contact us within 24-48hrs from when the item is received if you believe the item to be faulty/defective.
Products must be returned and tested prior to a refund being granted, no refunds will be accepted for change of mind purchases.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will arrange for it to be replaced for you. A refund is only available if the product is no longer available.
Original Shipping fees will not be refunded, if a refund is granted you will only be refunded the amount of the product purchased.
