Ordered the WD20EZRZ per advertisement after contacting the seller first checking they had. I asked some questions about the specs & if product did not meet the specs then cancel order before sending. Supplier cancelled saying not sure about specs. So I did further research & confirmed it was right specs & tried to advise seller I was interested in reordering. All messages left unanswered. I find out they block me from ordering & ebay say would not see my messages I sent. Poor service !!!
