| Q:WHY DO YOU NOT OFFER FREE POSTAGE |

| A:To offer "FREE" postage we would have to increase our prices to cover this. This would penalise all customers who do not wish to return their purchase. We prefer to keep our prices lower and charge for cost price postage.
OUR PRIORITY is to offer you our valued customer the best deal we can. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We do accept returns however great care is taken to describe all items as accurately as possible. All of my items are checked thoroughly before they are dispatched to you. In the unlikely event there is a a problem I must be informed immediately you receive the goods by writing to me (email) |

| A:Items must be dispatched within (7 days UK) 14 calendar days (international), fully insured, UNWORN, all labels intact and undamaged.
I must be informed of the tracking number on day of dispatch.
Garments exposed to smoke, perfume or make-up will be subject to a dry cleaning charge deduction.
Return postage is AT YOUR EXPENSE. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:All parcels are dispatched Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
UK parcels. I strongly recommend Guaranteed Next Day delivery, however if you do choose Recorded delivery do REMEMBER your parcel will only be insured to the value of £32.00
International Parcels. All are sent by International signed for AND INSURED. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:I try very hard to keep the costs to a minimum but the parcels are dependant upon weight, insurance and value of the item. I try to protect us both in the unlikely event a parcel goes missing. |

| A:I like to think the world is our oyster and embrace all countries wherever practically possible. |

| A:I most certainly do! You are very welcome to make purchases over a 7 day period HOWEVER please DO LET ME KNOW you are doing this and do let me know when you are FINISHED :) |
| Q:Can I have FREE POSTAGE on my order? |

| A:Everyone likes FREE postage and I may offer it from time to time. To consider offering it all the time means the costs would have to be absorbed elsewhere eg. in the clothing prices which I certainly don`t want to do. The cliche "There`s no such thing as a free lunch" comes to mind. |
