Our Customer Service Guarantee
We place great value on how our customers rate both the quality of our products we sell, and the service that we deliver. We are committed to resolving problems quickly and fairly with your satisfaction as a valued customer our only focus.
In return, all we ask is that our customers tell us about problems before leaving negative or neutral feedback. If we don’t know about an issue, we can’t go about fixing it for you.

If your decal fades, shrinks or cracks within 60 days of purchase we will either replace the decal, or if the decal is no longer available, we will refund the purchase price & postage in full. In the very unlikely event of decal failure, we may ask for a photograph of the damaged decal to support the warranty claim from our vinyl suppliers.
If we send you the wrong decal including the wrong colour, we will immediately replace it entirely at our expense including postage and we will not ask you to send the original decal back to us.
Returns can not be accepted on custom made decals such as boat names, boat registrations and custom signs, unless the return is a result of an error on our part or a manufacturing fault.
