Refund policy and guarantee only applies to Brand New items purchased.

If your item is damaged, faulty or does not represent the original item purchased, please contact usimmediately with your problem, so that it may be resolved before feedback is left.

We offer a 7 (seven) day Satisfaction Guarantee, which includes change of mind or incorrect item order.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if your Satisfaction Guarantee item is returned & has been opened.

Satisfaction Guarantee refund does not apply to:
postal costs (to you or to us), underwear, earrings, personalised products, cd's, dvd's, computer games, console games, concert tickets or opened items.

If your item is faulty or defective, we will either provide a repair, offer you a replacement or a refund. You will need to contact us so that we may assist you. A photo may be requested to assist us with your claim.

Any and all defects need to be reported to us within 7 (seven) calendar days of delivery.
If we deem that your item requires replacement or repair, we will inform you of how to ship your item, upon our confirmation to you of your refund/repair. We do not accept responsibility for return postal costs. If an item requires replacement, payment for postal costs will need to be paid to us before the replacement item is dispatched.
You must NOT send any item back without confirmation from us that we will provide a refund or replacement/repair.

When you have received our confirmation and the shipping details, you must return your item within 7 calendar days of confirmation issuance. Failure to do so renders your claim null and void.

Where possible, your item should be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was originally shipped with your item.

If the accessories are not included, only a partial refund will be applied.

If your item is damaged during transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item. Any claim made after this will be deemed invalid.
