Ok this is a hard one because I do not like giving negative feedback to anyone, so I have still given Positive.
The problem is I do not think you had this item in stock but still listed it, which took 2 weeks to get to me, this is pretty much unacceptable, then you gave me a tracking number that was not recognised by AustPost.
Ok now that is out of the way, the floor monitor is awesome, brilliant product and a great price offered by this seller with free postage as well.

Dream music are what their name describes, a dream to deal with. Good price, great service, fast despatch. Australia post on the other hand... I paid extra to get parcel express, Dream music had it in Perth the same day where it has sat for the last 2 days! Now I won't see it until Monday! Australia post I want my money back!
