In case of an item for return, we accept return within 30 days of the purchase date provided that the item is in its unopened, sealed and unused condition. We will be happy to provide you with a refund of the item price or store credits (postage not included). Returned items must be received by us in the very same condition as you have received them. The return postage expenses will be shouldered by the buyer.
In the event when the item that you receive is not the item that you purchased, we can either refund the whole amount or give you store credits. Please inform us through email within 7 days upon receiving the item. The wrong item must be returned in its unopened, sealed, an unused condition. We will refund your postage as well. Please send us an electronic copy of the Official Receipt of the amount incurred in posting the wrong item back to us.
When the item you received is damaged, you have to inform us within 7 days in order for a refund or exchange to be honored. The damaged item must be returned to E-SUPERSTORE. Postage will be refunded to you. Please send us an electronic copy of the Official receipt of the amount incurred in postage.
All refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used in purchasing the item, i.e, if PayPal was used, refund will be through the PayPal account used in purchasing the item; if bank transfer was used, refund will be processed through bank transfer to the account it was originally from.
Exchange of an item can only be made if the intended item is available.
