PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is to be finalised within 7 days of purchase. If for any reason you need a payment extension, please be sure to let me know prior to the end of the 7th day. Non-payers will be reported to eBay - no exceptions. To ensure speedy processing and mailing of your purchase, please don't forget to include your eBay ID with your payment. Payment via Direct Deposit, PayPal and Money Order are all available for your convenience.

POSTAGE & HANDLING

Buyer to pay for postage costs. Handling time for all purchases is no more than 2 business days. Regular, Express and Registered post are available for all items in this store. If you take out postal insurance, your item will be mailed via Registered post. While items mailed via regular post usually arrive within 2 business days, there have been instances where items have taken as long as 2 weeks to reach their destination, even when mailing between major cities. So please be patient. Multiple item purchases apply for a combined postage discount. For a quote on combined postage costs, please ask. This store will not take responsibility for items not arriving by a specified date. If you need it by a certain date, please plan ahead by buying well in advance, and consider using Express Post. This store will not take responsibility for items lost in transit due to the buyer providing this store with incorrect mailing details (ie. no refund or replacement will be issued in such cases - please refer to Postal Insurance and Guarantee & Refunds below). If a buyer chooses not to take out postal insurance, this store will not take responsibility for those uninsured items that are lost in transit (ie. no refund or replacement will be issued in such cases - please refer to Postal Insurance and Guarantee & Refunds below).

POSTAL INSURANCE

Postal insurance (in the form of Registered Post) is available for all items in this store. Insurance cost is only $2.70 for the first $100 or your purchase. Insurance is compulsory for all purchases of $30 or more. For purchases of less than $30, insurance is optional, however please note - if you choose not to use the insurance option, you will forfeit all rights to refund or replacement if the uninsured item(s) is/are lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Please contact me immediately if you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason so that we can resolve the issue quickly and satisfactorily. Refunds are subject to the item being returned to me in its original condition, original packaging and within 7 days. Refunds will be given on the item cost only, as postage costs are not refundable. Due to Australian health regulations, returns cannot be accepted for earrings and body jewellery. As stated under the Postage & Handling and Postal Insurance sections above, refunds will not be given for items lost in transit by Australia Post where the buyer chose not to take out postal insurance, or for items lost due to the buyer providing incorrect mailing details. While I endeavour to be flexible and understanding in all product return situations, I reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of purchase price in some situations.

GUARANTEE

All items are inspected by me prior to posting to ensure products are in top condition. All items in this store are guaranteed to be as described and pictured, although pictures on this site are enlarged to better show the finer details of each item.
